Don’t forget that your child is entitled to free early education funding: 15 hours for all 3- and 4-year-old children (and some 2-year-olds). Some working parents may be eligible for 30 hours. Check if you qualify at www.childcarechoices.gov.ukOpens another website in new window .

Meet the Team
I am very proud to be the Settings Manager at Cygnets Pre-School. I am also the Headteacher at Snarestone Primary School, where I am now into my sixth year.
I have been teaching for about 25 years and absolutely love it!
In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, travelling and having days out, as well as walking my two dogs!
Hi, I handle all the funding, billing and finance for Cygnets so anything you need, just let me know. I have worked in the school for the past 16 years and every day brings something different which is a great environment to work in.
In my spare time, I love walking (I prefer to say hiking as it sounds more impressive!), reading and grappling with my garden which does have a tendency to become a jungle. I am one of life’s glass half full type of person, so you will always see me happy!
I am honoured to be Cygnet's Pre-school leader, after working within Snarestone Primary school , in Reception/Year1/Year2 for over 15 years. I have had the pleasure of watching so many of them progress through Cygnets, into school, then on to high school and love seeing them happy and knowing that they have enjoyed their early school years.
I have a great relationship with other staff, parents and the children and love how Snarestone is like one big family.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially playing in the garden with my grandson, Harry. I love to walk around the countryside and enjoy travelling.
I am delighted to be Cygnets pre-school assistant in a morning. I have been a parent of children at Snarestone school/Cygnets pre school for the last 10 years and have been working within the school for the last 6 years.
In my spare time I love to spend time with my friends and family , you will often catch me at the side of a football pitch or cross country course cheering on my boys.
I also love photography and arts and crafts and spend a lot of my spare time making things.
I'm Cygnets pre-school assistant in an afternoon. I started here in September 2021. I am really enjoying my time here, as I love engaging with the children through a variety of different activities, such as baking, painting and sticking.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, spending time with my family and horse riding.
